INFORMATION / PRIVACY
The details behind
your moving plan.
A household move involves names, addresses and contact information. This notice explains how Stamford Hill Removals uses those details. For questions, write to hello@stamfordhillremovals.co.uk.
What you choose to send
The form collects a contact name, telephone number and email, along with the two addresses, preferred timing, furniture list and access notes. We need these to review the job and communicate about an agreed move. Keep the notes practical: we do not need private information about family members or religious practice.
Where a request goes
Vercel hosts this website. Its server passes a validated request securely to the shared booking desk, where Supabase stores booking records. The booking team reviews the details; an assigned moving contractor receives the information necessary for the work. Resend delivers booking emails. Messages addressed to our public email also pass through the email forwarding provider.
Checks when you use the form
Cloudflare Turnstile helps identify automated submissions. The server checks its response before passing your request to the desk. For submission limits we use a hashed client identifier; the form’s forwarded booking does not contain your original IP address. Technical data, including IP addresses, may still be processed by the hosting and security services.
Browsing and marketing
Advertising and analytics scripts are not currently installed. Fonts come from your device. The Turnstile security check may process browser and device data when the form is displayed. We do not add enquiry or booking contacts to marketing mailing lists.
Asking about your record
Email us if you want to ask what we hold about your request, correct a detail or raise a privacy concern. We may check your identity before disclosing booking information. The Information Commissioner’s Office also accepts data protection complaints.
