A flat move starts with the whole load
List the furniture and boxes going with you, including belongings in shared cupboards or separate storage. A sofa, mattress, desk and several boxes can take more space than you expect. Choose your preferred van and one or two movers in the form, and tell us about the largest or heaviest pieces.

Give the floor at collection and delivery. Describe stair turns, narrow landings and outside steps, along with the distance from the entrance to the loading point. For a lift, check the opening and interior dimensions and whether the building allows furniture to use it. These details help us agree the carrying arrangements and any stairs charges.
Make building access part of the plan
Add your flat number, the correct entrance and any timed access or lift reservation. Check moving arrangements with the building manager where relevant. If the van cannot load close to the door, tell us about the alternative loading point. Keep shared corridors clear and arrange for someone to provide access at both properties.
