Write the journey as a sequence

Number the proposed stops and list what is loaded or unloaded at each one. Include the full address and postcode rather than only a person’s name or the storage brand. Tell us which timings are fixed and which can change. We will discuss the practical order with you before the job is confirmed.

Check that someone can provide access at every stop

Contact each person involved and agree who will receive the furniture. A seller’s narrow collection window or a relative’s unavailable time can affect the entire route. Include floors, lifts and carrying distance for the additional properties, not only the first collection and final delivery.

Label belongings by destination

Use a short address label or stop number on each group of boxes. Mark furniture clearly without damaging its finish. Keep each destination’s list together so the crew can check the unloading instructions with you. Tell us about essential pieces that must be reachable earlier in the journey.

Have the full plan reviewed before booking

Use the UK form for the principal collection and delivery and describe all extra stops in the notes. If the plan will not fit clearly, email it instead. The two-address form does not automatically calculate a confirmed price for an extended itinerary. We agree the additional work and charges with you.
